Yes she can... before it will expires go to the immigration and apply for her DV. better if you have all th necessary docs with you like Wedding cert.you bank statement account,a letter from you company or your contract with your company copy of your HKID etc.
Your wife should be eligible for a dependent visa on proving the relationship....however, if she is from mainland China you will have serious difficulties.
