We are one of registered non-profit organization in Hong Kong. Some of the Board of Directors taking the vote against the company articles and they still insist that they are right.
For the past 2 years, we also serve some Indonesian people in Macau but the church not willing to help with all the expenses and dont want to register the church localy as well. The only expenses from church was deposit for the apartment we rent (that also they declare as donation) but now since lots of rules being break by them they claimed that Macau Fellowship belong to church and demanding all the financial reports.
We as minority members so confuse with all this behaviour. We not understand about many legal advice but we believe that they miss-used the director position to gain their own ambition.
Please help us as we dont want this church drawning and being handle by the majority of the directors whom miss-using their position.
As a Charity, we at Weir & Associates are willing to meet with you to discuss without charge, please contact our Mr. Weir to provide all necessary documentation and arrange an appointment.

Good luck Lisje. Be aware that free advice given on a forum such as this should not always be taken as 100% correct. However, the offer already given by Weir & Assoc is as good as it gets. Good luck with the problem. For some reason the trickiest issues often surface in a place you would least expect - like a church. (I'm speaking from experience.)
