Cable provider in Taiwan

I am about to move from Hong Kong to Taiwan and I am hoping someone can help me with a cable provider who shows English Football. In HK I get the english premier ship on ESPN and star, but every time I am in Taiwan they seem to show different programmes. How can I get football in Taiwan, any ideas or if I would need to insall a satellite system? I am going to be living Yang-Mei Town, Taoyuan.
