I am trying to find my wife a western hair salon where they can speak english.
Any ideas

There is an English guy that has a salon in his home in Tien Mu that most of the expats I know rave about. I don't have his number handy, but if you call the Community Centre in Tien Mu they should be able to give you it as it is listed in their 'Living in Taipei' handbook. He goes under the name of 'Britannia' or something very similar.
