We are moving from HK to Taipei. We would like to take our terrier. Can a HK dog be taken into Taiwan? What are the moving costs? quaratine regulations? Which is the best pet export company to use?

Martin, thank you for this information. The SPCA here in HK has directed me to a recommended pet moving company based in HK. They will probably handle the dog move. Regarding the other matters I will contact you if I require help.
