Moving my dog to Taipei

Hi there, can anyone give me any advice? I have a Taiwanese dog which I took to china with me 2 years ago. We are now moving back to Taiwan and so far I have been given 3 separate pieces of information about the rules and regulations.

The regulations for importing a dog into Taiwan has changed recently. So if you need the latest information, please call Mr. James Chiou at 886-937089629. He is from the moving company-Crown Van Lines. BTW,are you staying at green village in Yangmingshan when you are in Taiwan?
