Alternative treatment for uterine fibroid

Recent annual check-up revealed I have a 2cm fibroid. Doc said since I am seriously thinking about having a second baby, I may want to consult a specialist. Otherwise, it is benign. I am thinking off alternative treatment, herbs and TCM. Any recommendations?

Fibroids are hormone-related, that is oestrogen, specifically an oestrogen imbalance. In many case natural progesterone can rectify the imbalance and cause the fibroid to shrink. I have posted on here before about natural progesterone. Try a search - which you have to go back to the Advice Forums section to do.
