I need to get a Vitamin B complex, but there are a lot in the market, what brand have you used and it is good? thanks.

Try Natures Bounty Vit B complex with Vitamin C, it's time release.
Made in USA and cost HKD120 from Fanda pharmacy in Central

Have been taking this one for sometime and its pretty good.

I bought one bottle @ Three Sixty but the I didn't like the taste and the capsule is quite big. Finally I give up. I gave the bottle to one of my relatives.

Has anyone noticed feeling very angry after taking b vitamnis or triggering fears of irrational type after b vits?

try good old 'Beroccas" Orange flavoured effervescent tablets you drop into water. Don't panic though when you do your first wee after drinking a glass of it. (it's usually the same colour as the drink)
