knee specialist

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a knee specialist? I went to see Dr. Kong today and he prescribed a minor surgery for my condition. For a piece of mind, I'd like to get a second opinion before proceeding. I've looked through the threads here and all the recommendations point to Dr. Kong (which is great!) but is there anyone else you can recommend?

What is wrong with your knee exactly? What are the Dr's recommending you get done? how did you hurt it in the first place? what is the 'minor ' surgery?
