Need a doc for allergy (seafood)

Recently I started having an itch on my back and sometimes chest right after eating shellfish and even fish. I've never had this before but it is consistently happening last few months. Could somebody recommend a good doctor for allergy?

I live in Mid levels but it does not matter actually where the doc is as long as he/she is good.

Friends of mine have the same problem - they treat it with antihistamines when it flares up

I think that will be the route I have to take as well. But if somebody can recommend a doc I will get tests done to see if there are more things I should not eat. Thanks.
