Im going to bangkok and was wondering if anyone can recommend anyone for teeth whitening there? Did any one use the Bumrungrad?
Any details or experiences would be great . thanks
Hi,
I've just returned from BKK and included a teeth whitening during my holiday. I went to Silom Dental clinic. I chose Britesmile as I have sensitive teeth and heard this particular method does not cause pain - apparently laser whitening does! By the way, Bumrungrad doesn't do laser or Britesmile, only home whitening treatments - someone else asked this in another whitening thread.
Hi circleimc,
I didn't have as many shades to reach 'top white' on colour stick as I thought - about 5 shades lighter, but am totally happy with the results. I had researched places on the web beforehand and not many offered Britesmile. I didn't know the dentist but she was young, knowledgeable and efficient. Blogs had mentioned a clean and scale before for best reuslts. total cost 17 000baht. Same blogs mentioned quite bad pain for sensitive teeth people wit laser - and I HATE pain. Took nearly 2 hours all up. Made appt 2 days before. Right next to Skytrain. Good luck, all so easy!
I went to Silom as well. Very nice young dentist. Told me she would not get my teeth much better as I had home whitened before. Got me up about 5 shades & to me they looked better. My wife says I wasted my money though. She charged 8000 thb I think, maybe 7000thb. Much cheaper than HK. they have a great internet site you can find on google. The sensitivity was not bad at all (not Britesmile, just normal laser). They were a little sensitive a few days later, but no big deal..
Hello Blatant...you said that they are very easy to find on google but I need a name. I will be in BKK this weekend and would like to visit the same location. thanks Jon.
