sitting up in cot

8 month old bubs is sitting up in his sleep and then crying cos he doesn't know how to get down again! we have to come in and lay him down again. it's quite cute but it would be better if he just slept through or learnt to lie down again himself. any suggestions?

my almost 1 year old is still doing it. she KNOWS how to lie down. she just forgets. some nights we are up 5 or 6 times, others we are only up once or twice.

i wish you luck! please let me know if you find anything that works.

Earplugs are a bit of a help.

Seriously though, that can be frustrating. I have no magic tricks beyond going in and helping out.
