Dr Stephen Hui - Paediatrician

Has anybody used Dr Hui for in hospital paediatric care - delivery and hospital visits.

Would greatly appreciate any feedback

popsicle - you might want to try posting in mom's and dads.

The pediatrician that quite a few of my friends used was Leo Chan and they like him a lot.

The other one is Dr. Thondup - there seems to be a LOVE LOVE HIM mentality or a not so crazy about him mentality.

Both docs were present at quite a few of my friend's births.

I have been using Stephen Hui for both my children since my first was born (one now 4 years and one 18 months). He attended the hospital for post-delivery check-ups of my newborns but was not there for either delivery as it was not deemed necessary. My two have also been hospitalised (once each!) - a few months ago my daughter (4 years) was dehydrated due to a bad bout of stomach flu and my son was hopsitalised when he was 11 weeks old for pneumonia. Dr Hui attended to them in hospital.

We have always found Dr Hui VERY thorough and he leaves no stone unturned. His bedside manner is a little reserved but technically he is excellent which is all I care about!!

Dr. Stephen Hui has been my daughters pedia since she was first hospitalized in 2004. Dr. Hui was always there when we needed him, he visited the hospital every day. Whenever we tried to reach him, he would immediately give us a call back.
We see Dr. Hui once a month at his clinic and is always attentive to our needs.
Whenever there was a need to have my daughter be confined in a hospital, he would take care of the details of confinement with the hospital directly. All we needed to do was show up and everything was taken care of.
I would highly recommend Dr. Hui.
