Anyone know where I can find fresh fenugreek leaves in Hong Kong ?

I've only bought dried and seeds, but ring the Indian Provision Store in Wanchai on tel. 2891 8104, who might sell fresh. Or pop in to the Indian shops in Chungking Mansions and ask.
