Frozen short pastry

We've search all likely places - P&S, Wellcome, Great, Citysuper etc but there is no sign of frozen short pastry (there's plenty of frozen puff pastry).
Any one know where it is available?

I used to get my frozen short pastry from P&S (about 1 1/2 years ago, haven't used it since).... maybe try other P&S/wellcome stores (bigger ones)...?

This is really hard to come by in HK - I think some was ordered some month ago instead of puff pastry - as shortcrust pastry could be found - but not Puff pastry (what is wrong with the stock control in HK??) So I bought 2 packets as I knew I probably wouldn't see it again. I bought mine from meat master in Sai Kung.

I found some Pampas Brand shortcrust pastry in the PNs at Saikung last month. Not the same packaging as the small packs of puff pastry. These were big square sheets.

Hi Geraldo,
Is short pastry the same as short crust pastry? I bought short crust pastry (frozen) from City Super IFC. The brand name is Pampas - the same as puff pastry.

Olivers ALWAYS have shortcrust pastries :)

When there are stuffs I find hard to find, I always save a lot of time and effort by phoning them and asking for its availability. 95% of the time, they have it .

Olivers -- 2810 7710. Ask for Sonia ( Filipina) or Ken ( Chinese) they are the " personal shoppers"
