yep, lost us all there. do you mean the nutrients etc? generally it is said that freezing does not mean you lose anything in terms of vitamins, etc etc. Also do you mean in the fridge or in the freezer? In the freezer obviously you can go for months (if you must). If you mean you have de-frosted it - then you best cook it asap after that - it is not to do with nutrients loss - it is to do with bacteria.
