You can get the frozen quail from Park N Shop at cheap price. If you want to grill it in an oven, try to marinate with black pepper, light soy sauce, salt. Then put the sliced tomatoes on the surface of the quail (more is better). After it's cooked, the tomatoes are half dry and wet and they go very nice with the crispy skin of the quail.
Quail are a great bird but becareful not to over cook as it dries out really fast. A good way way is to remove the legs and cook them in duck fat (slowly) for about 30 mins then just pan frying the breast meat to medium rare. Then you can serve it with your favourite salad. Or if you can remove the meat from the bone in one piece make up a mix of breadcrumbe, macadamia nuts and chopped hers and stuff it then hold together at the back with a tooth pick and brown in pan of oil then roast in the oven for 20 ins to 30 mins
Hope these ideas could be of some help

You can get them in the wet markets very cheap compared to Citisuper. Stuff them with any stuffing wrap in streaky bacon with salt and pepper seasoning and roat high heat for 20-30 mins until the bacon is crispy.
