I'm desperatly looking for a recipe for Da Pan Ji, the gorgeous stew of chicken and potatoes they eat in XinJiang

Arrived in China 6 years ago, had one year in Changsha, one year in Kunming, went back to Canada for a year and have been here at Clifford Estates Guangzhou for 3 years now!
I love to cook and eat.
