the white french sausage usually made of pork and chicken. Just manage to get them in Citysuper, I was going to make them but had a very hard time finding casing so I gave up.

To make sausages, you need to find casing to contain the ground meat you put inside the sausages. The "case" is usually made of animal intestine and apparently not available in HK.
