Culinary Schools

Anyone know where they might have culinary schools in hk, if not hk, then where else? I would like to learn it for professinal reasons but mainly patisserie/cakes, or can i take lessons to assist chefs or sous chefs in hk ?

They offer all sorts of cooking classes. Trying giving them a call. Their kitchen manager is a gradutate of the Culinary Istitute of America (CIA) and I have attended her tarts class, which was excellent. Hope that helps.

Go-Gourmet is excellent! I've attended their three-course Creole classes! Absolutely delicious, despite the fact that I added 1 tablespoon of salt instead of just 1 teaspoon...ooops!
