Hello!
Would like to know where can I buy a can of cooking spray cos the scotch eggs stuck on the Aluminium foil last time when i tried to make them by oven.Thanks

Even better, try Bake-O-Glide. Nothing will ever stick again. I have seen it for sale in HK at Goodies Cake supply shop on Nathan Road(12th floor, now I THINK it was #151??) just near the Yau Ma Tei MTR stop. Or you can order it online from England. Fantastic stuff!

Canola and olive oil spray are available at Olivers. Or use baking paper, rolls are available in any supermarket.

Bake-o-glide is a plastic sheet that you cut to fit the pan. This way, no extra calories. You can even put it in your frying pan to cook eggs or bacon. Guess I should have explained it better. It's reuseable hundreds of times.
