Want to make home made ravioli. Is there an easier option then making my own dough?

Use Chinese wanton wrappers?
Will that work do you think??? If so what agreat idea!!
I think it should work because a chef used that on a TV cooking show.

They'd be a bit thin, wouldn't you think? How about the dumpling (shui jiao) skin instead?

Or the sheet pasta which can be bought fresh (ok once fresh, now sealed in plastic) at the supermarket.

I have never seen these sheet pasta. Where do you find them?

In the chilled cabinet. Usual suspects include Olivers, Citysuper, Great, ParknShop.

It's not that hard to make real pasta!! A great exercise on a quiet afternoon. Make your own ravioli. Forming and cutting it is time-consuming, unless you have a special instrument for that purpose
