Why is it that some threads - like in "Relationships" [as a for-instance] - show ZERO replies - yet, for all that, actually have several responses lurking there?

""Confused. What does he mean?"" show ZERO responses - yet has FIVE replies as of 19:46 - and that's in FFox & I.E. [so it's not a browser related problem]
