Unlock a Treo 650

Just Got presented with a Treo 650 for Christmas, but it is locked to Cingular in the States., anyone aware of an unlocking service available in HK . I have googled and come up with some dubious leads.
Any help is appreciated

Do a search on the actual technique. It may not be that difficult - I was able to easily unlock a nokia phone a few years ago with the information I found on the internet - a cable and a free software program.

Thanks Idldjr, did that, the technique is easy but the software aint free it's basically a 8 digit code generator from the phone's IMIE . Thanks
