Well most things are possible in Hong Kong but your problem here is that most professional movie editors aren't going to be interested in a small job like editing someone's home movie. Because most modern PCs come with simple movie editing software then there isn't much market for simple home movie editing as most people will do it themselves.
If you really don't want to do it yourself then I can only think of a few possibilities:
a) go to a place that does wedding videos. If they don't have much work on they might do it for a fee.
b) Go to your local small computer shop, the guy who sits behind the counter all day with nothing to do might be persuaded to do it for you for a fee.
c) If you have any friends with kids of upper primary school or secondary school age they might want to earn some pocket money by editing it for you.
