registering and creating website

any advice on how to go about registering a website e.g. www.xyz.com and recommendation on packages to use? something simple and intuitive without html knwoledge required. thanks

go to hadihost.com. They are offering 3 GB Storage for HK$48 per month, unlimited email accounts. Web design at HK$1888 I guess.

Depends whehter you wish to register only domain name e.g. www.abc.com or want to have a web site. I guess, objectives of the web site must be clear before proceeding further

To register a domain (www.xyz.com) try something like www.v2reg.com should be 10 usd /yr or so. To create a website you need to create the files that make up the website and then strore them somewhere on a machine thats connected to the internet and is running a webserver software. Then you need to assign you newly registere domain www.whatever.com to point to this location.
Creating the files that make up the website is done by a web developper, and you save the files at a webhost.
I recommend you register the domain and host the site with 2 different organizations, may seem like extra hassle but thats just my opinion based on expereince and personal preference.

they have everything
but for design of site you have to say what site you need so can calculate and say how much it will be
if just site it's not too expensive if site with control panel it's will be much more expensive!!!
with domain+hosting+design of site I can help but I need to know what site you need!
