Hk to Macau & Shenzen Airport

Which is nearer Macau or Shenzen Airport from HK? How far is the KCR train (Shenzen) to Shenzen airport and the cost? How far is Macau ferry to Macau Airport and the cost? Thanks.

I think its roughly the same time required to go to either from HK... KCR from HK to Shenzen is about 40 minutes or so but you have to go from the airport in HK to Kowloon station which takes about another 40 mins... correct me if I am wrong but I have heard there is a ferry from HK to Shenzen airport which takes a bit over an hour. I am quite sure there is also a ferry from HK airport to Macau airport... again about an hour....

Really depends where you want to go in HK.

A bus from Wanchai will cost you HK$100 to Shenzhen airport, runs about every hour.

A ferry ticket to Macau will set you back at least Hk$140 plus the taxi to the airport once you get to Macau and the taxi/train to the ferry terminal in HK.

The KCR from Tsim Sha Tsui East to Shenzhen takes 40 minutes and costs around 36 HK$. After crossing the border to Shenzhen, you can take mini-bus no. K568 to the airport for 20 RMB. Depending on traffic conditions, that mini-bus takes 40 - 50 minutes. So altogether the fare is around 56 HK$ (or even less if your location is closer to the Shenzhen border). If you are coming from Shenzhen airport, you can take the K568 mini-bus right outside the domestic arrival hall.

Apart from the K568 mini-bus, there are large (blue) and much more comfortable airport shuttle buses that leave from the Ke Xue Guan metro station in Shenzhen (and go to the border directly in the late afternoon / evening). Those buses are more expensive (40 RMB) and less convenient than the mini-bus when coming from or going to Hong Kong, because the Ke Xue Guan metro station is not close to the border.

tsuiwah, the bus from wanchai to shenzen airport where exactly do i board? Do u have the timing for the bus? How long is the journey?

I guess taking the bus from wanchai will be more convenient than taking KCR and then K568. Correct me if i'm wrong.
