Mountain resort - summer time

We are looking at taking our 2 kids (4 & 7) to a summer mountain resort this summer in Korea or Japan.

In Europe, mountain resorts turn out to offer lots of outdoor activities for the whole family (tennis, kids clubs, etc..).

Would you be able to recommend similar things in Korea or Japan?
