spanish course in HK/ Spain and travling in Spain

am planing to start learning Spanish from now for a fews months than fly over to Spain to do a relaxing Spainish course and live there for 6months 1yr.
Do anyone have any idea abt Learning Spanish in HK and in Spain.
and also info for living in Spain, which city should stay?

i've checked some websites from Barcelona Spain Universities and the maximum spanish course will take only 4 weeks.
